Drug Interactions With Ceftazidime

Some of the drugs that can interact with ceftazidime include tobramycin, diuretics, oral typhoid vaccine, and probenecid. Combining other medications with ceftazidime could change how your body handles ceftazidime, which could increase your risk of side effects; it could also increase or decrease the effectiveness of your medications.
