Who Should Not Take Cephalexin?

You should not take cephalexin if you are allergic to cephalexin, Keflex, or Biocef; related medications (such as Omnicef or Rocephin); or any inactive ingredients used in making cephalexin. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
