Can I Take My Medications With Cleocin?
Oral Typhoid Vaccine
Antibiotics (including Cleocin) can decrease the effectiveness of the oral typhoid vaccine. If you have taken Cleocin recently or are currently taking it, you may need to postpone your oral typhoid vaccine for at least a day after treatment with this antibiotic ends.
Final Thoughts
It is possible that not all drug interactions with Cleocin were discussed in this article. Therefore, you should talk with your pharmacist or healthcare provider about any specific interactions that may apply to you.
