Ranolazine
Doxycycline may increase the level of ranolazine in the blood, perhaps increasing the risk of side effects of ranolazine. Check with your healthcare provider before taking these medications together.
Retinoids
Combining doxycycline with some retinoid medications may increase the risk of a dangerous condition known as intracranial hypertension. In many cases, such combinations are not recommended. Be sure to check with your healthcare provider before combining such medications, making specific mention of this interaction.
Warfarin
Combining doxycycline and warfarin may increase the risk of bleeding. Your healthcare provider may choose to monitor your INR and prothrombin time more frequently and adjust your warfarin dosage if necessary.
