Brand-name ofloxacin otic solution was made by Daiichi Sankyo, Inc; however, this manufacturer no longer makes this product. Generic versions are made by several different companies.
This medication is no longer available in brand-name form, which used to be sold as Floxin Otic 0.3% solution single-use containers and Floxin Otic 0.3% solution multidose containers. Currently, only generic versions of this ear medication are sold, which are available in one form -- Ofloxacin otic 0.3% solution in 5-mL or 10-mL multidose bottles.
