Were you looking for more information about Rocephin? Rocephen is a common misspelling of Rocephin.

Rocephin® (ceftriaxone) is a prescription antibiotic licensed for the treatment of common bacterial infections, such as respiratory tract infection, syphilis, meningitis, and pelvic inflammatory disease. By preventing bacteria's ability to make and maintain their cell wall, the medication helps kill bacteria. Rocephin is only available as a solution for intramuscular injection or IV administration. Before using this antibiotic, make sure to talk to your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, have any allergies, or will be having surgery.
