Were you looking for information about Ofloxacin Ophthalmic Solution? Ofloxicin ophthalmic is a common misspelling of ofloxacin ophthalmic.

Ofloxacin ophthalmic solution (Ocuflox®) is an eye drop used to treat certain eye infections, such as corneal ulcers and conjunctivitis ("pink eye"). This medication is an antibiotic, so it will only treat these conditions when they are caused by bacteria. It will not treat viral eye infections. For the medication to work properly, it must be used as prescribed -- stopping treatment too early could lead to antibiotic resistance or a return of your symptoms.
