Ofloxacin Otic Dosage

If you have a bacterial ear infection, your healthcare provider may recommend ofloxacin otic solution (Floxin® Otic). Dosage amounts for this prescription medication will depend on several factors, including your age and the type of infection being treated.

This medication comes in the form of an ear drop. It is normally used in the infected ear once or twice a day for 7 to 14 days. Make sure to finish the entire course of this medicine. Stopping it too early may cause your infection to return or lead to antibiotic resistance.
