Zithromax (Cont.)

Zithromax Brand Names and Strengths

Zithromax is available under a number of brand names. These brands include:
 
  • Zithromax
  • Zithromax® TRI-PAK™
  • Zithromax® Z-PAK®
  • Zmax.
     
Zithromax comes in a number of strengths, including:
 
  • Zithromax 250 mg tablets
     
  • Zithromax 500 mg tablets
     
  • Zithromax 600 mg tablets
     
  • Zithromax 100 mg/5 mL liquid -- each teaspoon (5 ml) containing 100 mg of Zithromax
     
  • Zithromax 200 mg/5 mL liquid -- each teaspoon (5 ml) containing 200 mg of Zithromax
     
  • Zithromax 1 gram powder packet.
     
Zmax is available only as a liquid suspension. The liquid strength is Zmax 2 gm/60 mL (the entire 60 mL contents are to be consumed in one dose, one time only).
 

Zithromax: Generic

There are currently two generic Zithromax versions available.
